After a year marked by an explosive increase in the number of complaints (14,143 complaints in 2021), the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties) has decided to adopt a renewed support policy and to pursue a strategy of "collaborative and hands-on regulation" with companies.
